I am an empathic, supportive, and experienced therapist with a vast range of skills and techniques to help you heal. I use many of the most effective therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory based approached such as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Trauma-Informed approaches such as Somatic Experiencing Therapy and EMDR. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and their parents.
